french food in tokyo is something i keep meaning to explore more seriously. the city has a reputation for taking french technique and doing something really precise with it, sometimes more consistent than you'd expect anywhere else. curious if anyone has a specific place they'd point to, bistro, brasserie, whatever, somewhere the food actually feels considered rather than just going through the motions. price point doesn't matter much to me, just looking for something genuine.
