The Plumes fits my thinking about pedals that reshape decisions rather than just color signal. Three clipping modes that each behave differently under pick attack means you're choosing a response, not just a tone. Compared to the Big Muff, which commits you to one sustained voice, the Plumes stays interactive. Still learning, but that distinction feels meaningful.
